I am bullish on this pair as the chart suggests. My first target is around 0.9600/9700 with stop below last month low at 0.9213. I think it will be reached before this month ends. Look for oscillator reversal signals on lower time frame for entry positions.

GBPUSD Follow Up

The market decided to screw me shortly after my last post. GBPUSD turned sharply after the PMI release. I decided to get out of the market during this pullback from euro session high just now. It could return to test the support level but I didn't like my level of exposure. You gotta trade the plan right?
My next move is to short cable again if the support breaks (grey area). 1.6127 will be my risk level while my target remain the same (see previous post).
GBPUSD Analysis

There is a good chance that cable had completed another minor correction phase from its last impulse wave. First target is around 1.5864 which is the 100% projection of 1.6744 to 1.6058 from 1.6546. Longer term projection is around 1.5445 which is the 161.8% projection. As for risk assessment, a break above 1.6100 will change my view regarding this trend continuation.

GBP/JPY Gonna Break Above?

The pair is currently consolidating between 130.35 and 128.63 following the fall from 133.59. At this point, we wait. If the price break above the resistance, the it is the double bottom pattern. The target would be around 131.40. If the support broken after ADP released, then the downtrend should continue..at least until Friday. Ok then lets see what happen in the next few minutes. Enjoy the show!

Continue or Reverse?

Check out this falling wedge on GBPJPY H1 chart. Wait for a breakout to confirm the completion of the pattern. Break on the upside or above 136.53 should trigger buyers and the pair may test the resistance around 137.30 area. Break on the other side or below 135.86 should indicate further correction to this uptrend.

Try Long USD/CHF

USD/CHF has fallen for more than 800 pips since the last signal on June 6th. Honestly, I was expecting more swings in this bearish movement. Nevertheless, it has reached the support around 1.0500 and I prefer a long position from here. Target is near the broken support trendline or 1.0895 area. But first USD/CHF must break 1.0750 area. Stop loss area is below the previous low around 1.0477/90.

Fight The Trend! Go Long!

Hi there, I bought EUR/USD, EUR/JPY, and GBP/JPY earlier at 1.2336, 113.99, and 133.43 respectively. I know that the trend is still down and honestly, I'm a bit worry about these entries ;P
Nevertheless, EUR/USD has finished 100% of the previous impulsive wave and another correction could be in progress toward 1.2800 area. EUR/JPY still in the1-week down channel. Break of this channel should confirm 112.45 (yesterday's low) as support. I target 124 area for EUR/JPY. For my baby GBP/JPY, I target 135 and 137 area. Please be good GJ..

USD/CHF: Sell Now

I just shorted USD/CHF near the trendline resistance. I think its a pretty good chance for another swing down to the support trendline. I opened 3 positions with 50 pips target for the first position and gonna leave the target open for the rest positions. Okay thats all and this is probably my last trades for this week..probably.. :P

Cable: Wait For Retracement Or Below 38.2%

After making a higher high from the previous week and formed double top formation, Cable broke the trendline/target from my previous post and touched 5th Nov low before closing at 1.6500. I think the pair will definitely test this month low at 1.6261 near 50% Fib level and the another support trendline.
Entry
I am anticipating 2 scenario of retracement toward the broken trendline: a lower low to 38.2% level at 1.6430 first or straight retracement to test the broken trendline near 23.6% level at 1.6601. The third scenario is a smooth move to 1.6300 area. So, I will enter short near 1.66 if Cable retrace or below 38.2% Fibonacci at 1.6430, 70 pips from current price.

GBP/JPY Bounced Off 200 Day EMA

The recovery continued as high as 153.22 (near 23.6% Fib level of 118.80 to 163.06) before closing the week at 150.04, below 200 day EMA and neckline, and formed a shooting star candle. A top might be in place and the pair could test 139.7 again before 118.8, following the downtrend from 251.08 high.
However, it is still uptrend in smaller time frame and I suspect choppy movement toward the first retracement target at 146.46 (50% fib of 139.7 to 153.22), which should be provided by multiple trendlines below (check the hourly screenshot). Ok, have a nice weekend!

GBP/JPY: Wait For Breakout

Above are GBP/JPY H4 and H1 chart respectively. The pair opened below H1 trendline just now after consolidation on Friday. Hourly trend is up, and a further retracement from Friday's high (149.27) can't be ruled out. Another possible scenario is to make a higher high to test the broken neckline on daily chart (around 150.80) before testing the 146.72 support. Well, nothing much I can say. Break of 149.27 or 146.72 would give a clearer view. I just hope it will happen soon. The longer I wait, the more likely I snap and flip a coin for long or short! ;p

GBP/USD H1 Setup

Ok..just a quick update. Above is GBP/USD hourly chart. I bought the pair targeting 1.6445, which is the D1 trendline (head to right shoulder). I 'll put my sell order there with tight SL. As for now, my SL is below 1.6222 (see screenshot for TLs and retracement level). All I need to do now is to follow the plan.

Lower Low And Lower High In Hourly

The pair closed at 142.21 last week after. The pair failed to take out 143 resistance and the H4 channel remained intact. The trend in H1 chart is still bullish derived from 30/50 EMA and QQE above 50. However, GBP/JPY did make a LL and LH, which may be an early signal of a downtrend continuation. Immediate support can be seen at 141.6 area while resistance is at 142.9 area. Take a look at the screenshot for trendlines and breakout target. Ok thats all. It's FOOTBALL TIME! ;) Hace a nice weekend guys!
